Water supply plant in Bataisk
Attracting investors to the Russian industrial zone Bataisk to place their production here was the aim of the local city administration. The prerequisite for this project was to ensure the water supply and the necessary volume of water. The Bataisk city administration decided to realize this project. As a result, a whole complex of water supply systems was built and a water pipeline was laid from workshop No. 1 (KVS-1) to the southern industrial zone.
The project and documentation planning started in 2015 and the planning work for this extensive project took over three years. Hawle DN50-DN500 gate valves with manual and electric actuators, butterfly valves, non-return valves and Hawak columns with spindle extension for manual and electric control were used during the implementation.
The total volume of the Hawle valves and fittings for water distribution in this project, for which Andrey Shumov (Hawle Industriewerke) is the project manager, is over 300,000 euros.
