The INEO award of the chamber of commerce in Upper Austria awards companies with exemplary commitment in apprenticeship training. We are proud and honored to have been named an "exemplary teaching company" for a further three years yet again.

The school has been completed and the apprenticeship occupation has been determined. Now all that remains to be done is to select the right teaching company. The INEO seal of quality is a good guide in the search for the right company. It gives young applicants and their parents a big support whilst choosing a good apprentice teaching company.

Hawle is offering commercial apprenticeships in an international environment since 1979 and industrial apprenticeships since 1991. Young people who opt for an apprenticeship with us have the opportunity to contribute their strengths, talent and ideas. We attach great importance to independent work and interdisciplinary training.

Since the opening of the training workshop in 2004, the number of apprentices at our company has risen by leaps and bounds. A specially assigned training manager and modern machinery in the training environment guarantee high-quality and modern training for every apprentice. Thanks to constant investments, an expansion of the training environment and the machinery has been possible in recent years. However, we are particularly proud not only of the modern training environment, but also of the increasing number of girls in technical training occupations, as well as of the many good and excellent successes of the apprentices for whom industry 4.0. is already lived practice.

Our apprentices can look forward to numerous benefits. They have the opportunity to opt for an apprenticeship with school-leaving certificate, attend personality training courses and receive special leave for training in the community. If your school success is good, you will also receive performance-related bonuses.

We offer the "Dual Academy" to young people who already have a school-leaving certificate but do not immediately want to study. A company trainee program in the Hawle - Preishuber training association. This training program is also suitable for students who have not completed their studies or who are changing careers and look out for new paths to a successful professional future.

Thanks to the high level of training and the extensive opportunities for further training, even after graduation, Hawle apprenticeship graduates have all doors open to them in the international Hawle Austria Group.
