International Women's Day 2023

We believe in celebrating women and our female employees 365 days a year, not just on today's International Women's Day!

Nevertheless, the day is important as a way of consciously placing them in the spotlight and appreciating their impressive achievements. At Hawle, we have been portraying female employees for the last few years - and we would like to continue this wonderful tradition this year as well.

This year we are introducing two colleagues:
The first colleague is Tia Sleath, Business Development Manager at our subsidiary R2M Ltd. in England. When asked what advice she would give her 18-year-old self, she says:
"If I had to give myself some advice it would be to let go of the past, move forward and enjoy what life has to offer, and you’re doing great."

The second colleague is Elisa Ruggeri, Head of HR at our subsidiary Nova Siria in Italy. A wonderful statement quoted from her interview is:
"It's fine to be different from everyone else, to be yourself because one day you will meet someone who will give you the opportunity to prove your talent."

This is the sentiment we would like to share with all girls and women during the week of International Women's Day. Just believe in yourselves!
