Mentoring - Follow up Internship

"Women for women" is the motto of our mentoring program, which we started this year in cooperation with the HTL Vöcklabruck.

In the course of the program we accompany the HTL student Sara Osterberger for almost one year through our mentor Sarah Lothring, who is herself a technician in our company. The goal is to strengthen the cooperation with the school and to inspire young women for technology.

In order to give our mentee the best possible insight into the working world, Sara is currently completing a vacation internship with us. With the support of her mentor, she is working in the area of product and process development on new design drawings for our products!

We wish Sara a lot of fun during her internship and an exciting time with us!
