Hawle-stop restraint joint BAIO for DI pipes

The Hawle Stop restraint joint serves to establish a restraint connection between DCI pipes, PE pipes and PVC pipes and Hawle BAIO® push-fit sockets.

Before applying the lock ring, push the grip ring onto the pipe and place it approx. 20 mm in front of the BAIO® socket to achieve a slight prestressing of the restraint joint on the respective pipe to be connected. Subsequently push the lock ring over the outside lugs of the BAIO® socket and twist it so it is functionally safe.

Please note: The grip rings shall be protected from dirt, exposure to UV light and mechanical damage.

When connecting PE pipes a support liner must be used.
