- The Cla-Val pipe protection valve is equipped with a measuring orifice on the input side.
- If the flow reaches the specified pipe breakage volume and thus the specified differential pressure, the valve closes.
- Once the pipe breakage has been remedied, the pipe protection valve must be put back into operation.
- Minimum input pressure 0.2 bar, minimum differential pressure 0.5 bar.
- Orifice plate differential pressure 0.3 bar.
