Spigot end / socket fitting, with one BAIO® spigot end for the restraint connection with BAIO® sockets, and with one BAIO® double function socket for the restraint connection with BAIO® spigot ends, as well as for connecting DCI, steel, PE and PVC pipes.
The connection of PE pipes DN 100/d 125 in BAIO® sockets DN 100 or PE pipes DN 150/d 180 in BAIO® sockets DN 150 is possible in combination with special SM-fittings. In these SM-fittings, the GKS gasket is already factory preinstalled. (Special SM-fitting, socket suitable only for pipes not for BAIO® spigot end)
When used as an extension fitting for hydrants or air valve sets a dirt cover and locking ring (model no. 490-05) is required.

DCI pipes: BLD® gasket
PE/PVC pipes: GKS gasket
Gaskets for the medium gas:
Gas-resistant DCI pipe gasket or gas-resistant GKS gasket (PVC pipe, 5 bar) required
